- Posters - Please see the pdf to view what the poster should look like. Use the doc documents to make these posters your own. Many clubs have Open Houses often - even once  a month. They can be just the same as a regular meeting with maybe a snack and an experienced Toastmaster who might say a little more than normal about the meeting roles and procedures. People are more likely to come to an Open House than a regular meeting, just because they think there will be more guests there and they won't be alone. Have fun!

- Business Cards - Try having each member pass out five business cards to your next open house or regular meeting. It is a fun way to get guests to come and members to buy into the idea that EACH AND EVERY club member is responsible for building membership.
