- Meeting Schedule ( XLS ) - This meeting schedule is based on a Wednesday evening meeting,  Please feel free to add meeting roles you use in your club, delete those you do not use, and change the dates by filling in the first meeting date. The rest will change for you, All District meetings and monthly education events are on the schedule, as well as a comment on club contests which can be held over the two week period indicated. It may help you to maintain your schedule ahead of meetings.

- Speaker Feedback Form ( PDF | DOC ) - The Feedback for Speaker document is helpful for speakers who would like more feedback on their speeches. It is also a good stepping stone for helping evaluators stick to a three point oral evaluation and meet with the speakers to discuss more about the written evaluation after the meeting. The pdf file is so you can see what it should look like. Then you can use the word document to make it your own.

- Humorous Contest Program ( PDF | DOC ) - These sample contest programs can be edited to reflect your club information.  The two documents here are specifically for the humorous speech contest. Contest season is always so much fun as we hear hilarious speeches everywhere we go. Keep us laughing and finding your Power of one in humorous speaking.

- Area Governor Club Visit Form ( PDF ) - District 64 is here to support you in helping your member find and release their Power of One.  Your Area Governor will call and make arrangements to visit your club. After the club meeting, The Vice President of Education, the President and the Area Governor complete the Area Report of Club Visit Form. Filling out this form will help us all serve the members of District 64 well.  The Area Governor will enter the report online after the visit and you will receive an email copy.  I think it would be great for you to know what information you may need to have before the visit, so I have asked all area governors to email this form before their visit. Thanks fro helping us to be the support your members need!

- Sample Goals and Objectives Form ( PDF | DOC ) - This goals and objectives form can be used to find out what your members would like to accomplish this year. Each member can be asked to fill it out. It is an alternative to the Power of One Pledge Form.

- District 64 Important Dates Calendar ( XLS ) - This calendar has all the important dates that the District knows about. It lists the events, details, and information for member to see. Please share this with your members.  Most of this information is also in the District calendar and handbook!
